After Autodesk acquired PlanGrid, we had a growing sales team with limited experience in the construction software space. To accelerate learning, I wanted to create a training tool that was both memorable and engaging.
The result was a complete deck of playing cards designed as an enablement resource:
We used oversized tarot-style cards to balance density of information with playability, making the deck both practical and fun.
I led the concept and content development, while Lynn-Kai Chao designed the cards and packaging. The project became a conversation starter across the team and a creative way to boost industry fluency.
